We believe everyone deserves the support they're entitled to

But the system makes it harder than it should be. That's why we exist.

How we started

In 2019, our founder witnessed firsthand how a close family member was repeatedly denied disability benefits—not because they weren't eligible, but because the forms were filled out incorrectly. The process was confusing, the questions were vague, and the stakes were impossibly high.

After finally securing approval with the help of a welfare rights advisor, it became clear: thousands of people face the same struggle every day. Many give up. Others never apply at all.

We started cloudy-arc to change that. Our mission is simple—make the benefits system accessible, understandable, and fair for everyone who needs it.

Our team reviewing benefit applications

What drives us

Clarity over complexity

The benefits system is full of jargon and bureaucracy. We cut through it and explain everything in plain language.

Dignity in every interaction

Applying for benefits can feel invasive. We treat every client with respect and recognize the courage it takes to ask for help.

Results that matter

Our success is measured by one thing—whether you get the support you're entitled to. Everything else is noise.

Who we are

Our team includes former welfare rights advisors, legal specialists, and people who've navigated the system themselves. We understand it from every angle.
